Design
Our design staff uses the latest version of Unigraphics NX to design all tooling and parts. All molds are fully modeled in 3D. All CNC machining of steel and electrodes is performed directly on these 3D models in Unigraphics Manufacturing. This means there is no translation from CAD to CAM systems and all CNC toolpaths are updated directly by any changes to the models.
